I am a Collingwood event photographer specializing in conference photography and convention photo coverage.
We are a team photographing expositions (expos ) exhibitions, trade shows, corporate meetings and team building events.
Does your organization need images from an event, then I'm the photographer you need for capturing images of speakers, delegates, representatives, and or board members. A convention photographer will document social functions, educational sessions, and group discussions at large venues.

We have photographed conferences and conventions ranging from a few hours photography coverage to multi-day presentations. Some with less than 20 attendees ranging to multi-day conferences with 1000s of attendees, multiple locations and assorted venue types which are typically staffed by 2-3 photographers.
We deliver efficient, attentive and comprehensive coverage of any intimate meeting of 200 guests to a small or large tradeshow, or conferences with 1000s of attendees.
Coverage
Corporate photography coverage includes both candid and camera aware photographs featuring event speakers, attendees, exhibitors, and vendors. Alternately, the images captured will make speakers and educators look impressive and formative as I photograph them with multiple angles and complementary angles.
My event photography portfolio will include and showcase rooms filled with interested, attentive, engaging and happy attendees photographed candidly from creative and interesting perspectives. When vendor and exhibitor photogragraphy is requested, I'll create photos that aid vendor marketing teams convey their messages and brand awareness via engaging accurate imagery.
Conference coverage usually includes ribbon cuttings, keynotes speakers, opening agendas, classes, panels, workshops, tours, tournaments, receptions, breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, cocktail hour, parties and galas.
We will cover details such as nearby landmarks, giveaways, registration areas, signage, event branding, sponsor branding and vendor booth areas.
Pricing
Fees starting at only $500 for 2 hours of photography coverage with unlimited additional coverage at $250/ per hour.

Headshots for Attendees
Many clients add-on headshot photography to meetings, conferences, and convention coverage. We provide attendees with professional headshots at a location and backdrop of our choice where suitable lighting is acquired. We may also opt to bring in our studio lighting, setup on-site and then spend a few minutes photographing each attendee. Afterwards they download their headshots online for free.

I have a team of photographers ready and able to document the event or additionally assist me in photography very large events or multi-day conferences.
Rest assured we are a team that is flexible, reliable and efficiently accommodate any last minute pivots or changes in scheduling on your end.
Unlimited Usage Rights
Clients have the right to use and/or modify all convention photographs for use across all advertising platforms including websites, social media, news releases, editorial publications, promotional publications, print ads, campaigns, brochures, and future advertising.
To simplify, you can do whatever you want with the photos without any restrictions whatsoever.
