Backup Equipment Photographers Take to Weddings

We always carry backup gear for our wedding & event days. We have an extensive gear list and backup gear for when something goes wrong with technology.

Experienced photographers will have an extensive list of gear because with the amount of weddings we have documented we have also been through the technology issues.

When equipment and technology fails and it's not if, its when because it will happen.

I have had many situations where if I wasn't shooting with 2 cameras, I would have missed key parts of the day looking for another piece of equipment.

This is the reason I always work with a multi-camera system and have multiple backup camera bodies and backup lenses nearby.
